Group Fitness - HIIT

Group Fitness - HIIT Instructor:

• Lead engaging and effective HIIT group fitness classes.
• Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and exercise modifications.
• Create a welcoming and motivating environment for participants of varying fitness levels.
• Monitor participant form and promote safe exercise practices.
• Develop and deliver workouts that incorporate a variety of strength, cardio, and functional movements.
• Follow YMCA policies, safety standards, and group fitness guidelines.
• Encourage participants and help them work toward their health and wellness goals.
• At least 18 years old
• Current group fitness certification or personal training certification.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain as required.

Schlossman YMCA:

Mondays- 7:00am

Thursdays- 8:00am

Schlossman YMCA (Teen Workouts):

Mondays & Wednesdays- 3:00pm - 4:00pm
