The Group Fitness Instructor will lead Golf Fitness Solutions’ large group training classes for golfers of varying ages, fitness levels, and golf experience. This role is responsible for delivering safe, energetic, and well-organized sessions that help clients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall golf performance.

Responsibilities include coaching clients through golf-specific warm-ups, strength circuits, mobility drills, balance work, rotational movement patterns, and conditioning exercises. The instructor must be able to manage a group setting while still providing individual attention, regressions, progressions, and clear coaching cues based on each client’s ability level.

The ideal instructor should be dependable, professional, energetic, coachable, and genuinely interested in helping golfers move better, feel better, and play better.
