As a SPENGA Group Fitness Instructor you will
- Deliver the SPENGA experience by leading members through Spin, Strength, and Yoga in a single 60-minute session.
- Safely engage and motivate groups of up to 20 people through a fast-paced, high-energy workout.
- Provide safe, effective, and motivating workouts that align with SPENGA’s mission of delivering the “Best. Workout. Ever.”
- Create a positive, high-energy environment that encourages member engagement and retention.
- Tailor instruction to accommodate all fitness levels while ensuring proper form.
Hiring Process

- Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
