Each client undergoes a personalized Optimal Health Assessment, allowing us to tailor their care plan using a variety of our services. These services are built around the Four Pillars of Optimal Health: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. Our highly trained professionals across all four pillars make each client’s journey their top priority.

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for an energetic and engaging Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-quality classes that challenge, motivate, and support participants at all levels. This role is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and well-structured sessions while creating a positive and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, a passion for helping others improve their health, and the ability to build connections with members that keep them coming back. Each of our clients undergo a unique Optimal Health Assessment, allowing us to tailor their plan of care to their specific needs using a variety of our services. Classes we offer include: Technogym Cycles/Spin, Technogym Rowers, Pilates mat, yoga, and barre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle, and the ability to create an engaging and motivating environment for members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead classes with enthusiasm and energy, motivating and inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals.
    • Utilize technology, particularly Technogym equipment, to enhance the class experience and promote optimal performance.
    • Teach classes in alignment with the studio's philosophy and principles, focusing on the four pillars of fitness and encouraging members to utilize recovery services after classes.
    • Collaborate with floor trainers to ensure smooth setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes.
    • Optimize class schedules to allow sufficient time between classes for equipment changes and transitions.
    • Promote the use of recovery services among members, emphasizing the importance of post-workout recovery for overall health and performance.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fitness instruction and Technogym equipment usage.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the studio.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • Certified fitness instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members.
    • Knowledge of exercise science principles and the ability to tailor workouts to meet the needs of diverse populations.
    • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, to accommodate class schedules.
    • Strong understanding of exercise technique, programming, and class structure
    • Ability to coach individuals within a group setting, offering modifications and progressions
    • High energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
    • Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to scheduled classes
    • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping others succeed
