Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
Implement and document individualized support plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with meal preparation and household chores
Monitor and report changes in residents' behavior or health
Requirements:
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to maintain a positive and patient demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
We are looking for the following shifts: Mon-Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm; overnight, 11 pm to 8 am. Saturday-Sunday 8 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and overnight 11 pm to 8 am.
