    Position: Licensed Professional – Residential Group Home

    Shift: Primarily day shift; flexible coverage based on program needs

    Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a fully Licensed Professional to provide clinical leadership and therapeutic support for youth at our new Greenville Group Home. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who wants to combine direct client care with program oversight.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Qualified Professionals, Associate Professionals, and Paraprofessionals.

    • Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapeutic interventions as appropriate.

    • Develop and oversee individualized treatment/service plans.

    • Support clinical assessments and crisis intervention.

    • Coordinate with families, schools, courts, and community partners.

    • Provide direct coverage shifts to support staffing needs across the home.

    • Ensure documentation and services comply with agency and NC DHHS standards.

    Requirements:

    • Full, active NC clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or equivalent licensed clinician credential.)

    • Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.

    • Experience providing therapeutic services to children/adolescents, preferably in a residential or group home setting.

    • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.

    • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention practices.
