About the Role:
R&G Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Group Home Manager to join our team in Salem, MA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a residential group home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment
• Supervise, schedule, and mentor direct support professionals (DSPs) and residential care staff
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in compliance with state and agency regulations
• Monitor resident health, behavior, and progress, coordinating with healthcare providers as needed
• Ensure compliance with DDS, DPH, and other applicable regulatory standards
• Manage household budgets, documentation, and administrative reporting
• Foster a positive, person-centered culture that promotes resident independence and dignity

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential care, group home management, or human services leadership
• Knowledge of DDS regulations and Massachusetts residential care standards preferred
• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to advocating for vulnerable populations
• Must be MAP certified.
• Minimum of 1 year experience
