    Position: Qualified Professional (QP) – Residential Group Home

    Shift: Primarily day shift; flexible coverage based on program needs

    Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Professional to provide clinical oversight, treatment planning, and supervision of staff supporting youth at our new Greenville Group Home. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on coverage shifts, ensuring youth receive consistent, high-quality care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of Associate Professionals and Paraprofessionals.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment/service plans.
    • Coordinate care with families, schools, and community partners.
    • Support assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
    • Provide direct coverage shifts to support staffing needs across the home.
    • Document services and maintain compliance with agency and NC DHHS standards.
    • Participate in case reviews, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

    Requirements (per NC DHHS 10A NCAC 27G .0104(19) – Qualified Professional):

    • Individual holding a license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit from a governing board regulating a human service profession; or
    • Master's degree in a human service field with 1 year of full-time, post-graduate MH/DD/SA experience with the population served; or
    • Bachelor's degree in a human service field with 2 years of full-time, post-bachelor's MH/DD/SA experience with the population served; or
    • Bachelor's degree in a field other than human services with 4 years of full-time, post-bachelor's MH/DD/SA experience with the population served.
    • Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience working with youth in a residential or behavioral health setting preferred.
