What does a Group Leader do at Rinnai?
Responsible for Distribution of finished goods product and accessories from the RAM Lakes East facility. This includes pick, pack, and ship to achieve monthly shipping target and provide excellent service to our customers through the distribution process.
- This position is located at 510 S. McDonough Rd, Griffin, GA.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:
- Ensure incoming stock / suppliers conform to order and specifications.
- Recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service and lower costs.
- Ensure staff performance plans and ensuring training needs are identified and implemented.
- Coordinates and schedules shipments to customers with support from Transportation team
- Direct and supervise the Team Leads and warehouse Clerk.
- Responsible for filling and shipping backorders
- Responsible for international shipments (Japan, Mexico and Canada) and documentation
- Oversee the monthly cycle count of finished product and accessories to ensure accurate counts.
- Oversee and assist with order fulfilling to ensure all shipments comply with customer requirements.
- Oversee the loading of outbound shipments and enforce safe practice.
- Responsible for maintaining the warehouse in a clean, neat and orderly environment.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory stock in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is in safe operation and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory of daily shipping supplies and report supplies needed to purchase.
- Reporting of damaged items and inventory discrepancies to Sr Director of Supply Chain
- Responsible for training warehouse employees on equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in annual operating budget preparation for Lakes warehouse as needed
- Report monthly to Sr Director of Supply Chain on warehouse performance metrics and recommend improvements where needed.
- Additional tasks as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.
- Awareness and implementation of company policies and procedures including OSHA standards.

Job Requirements:
Knowledge
- 2 Year degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse/inventory control experience required.
- Previous leadership with direct reports
