This individual will assist with classroom activities, supervise children, and help create a fun and safe environment for our school-age children. This candidate will have prior experience working with children ages 5-12 years in a supervised work setting and have obtained their high school diploma or equivalent. M-F 1:30-5:30 pmKey responsibilities include:Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a groupKnow and maintain child/teacher ratios in compliance with EEC regulationsAssist in planning developmentally appropriate curriculumMaintaining clear, effective and positive communication with children, families, and staffThe Guild of St. Agnes is an Equal Opportunity EmployerThis job requires a successfully completed EEC background check.
