Group Leader - After School Program Camp Fire North ShoreOverviewCamp Fire North Shore is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and caring Group Leaders to support our dynamic after-school programs. This role is essential in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children in kindergarten through eighth grade can learn, grow, and thrive.As a Group Leader, you will help shape meaningful daily experiences through hands-on activities, academic enrichment, and social-emotional learning. This is a school-year position, with opportunities for continued employment in our Summer Day Camp programs.CompensationHourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.ScheduleSchedulePart-Time | Monday through Thursday/ Friday Typical shifts (vary by location):1:30 PM - 5:15 PM1:30 PM - 6:15 PMAll Group Leaders are required to report 15 minutes prior to the start of programming for preparation and team coordination.Schedule may vary slightly depending on after-school location.Our Commitment to InclusionCamp Fire North Shore is deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities and diverse learning needs.
