The COMPASS Afterschool Program provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where students can learn, grow, and build positive relationships. Position Overview:The Group Leader is responsible for supervising a group of elementary school students during the COMPASS Afterschool Program while creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. This role provides homework assistance, facilitates group activities, and encourages students' academic, social, and emotional development. Group Leaders also communicate with families, support daily program operations, and serve as positive role models for youth.
