Group Level Processor 2
Job Summary
This role supports large group renewals by building group orders for renewing groups, pulling Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), creating microsites, and processing post-renewal group level changes. The position requires meeting established production and quality goals following a defined ramp-up period.
Responsibilities
- Build group orders for renewing large group clients.
- Pull and review SBCs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Create and maintain microsites for renewing groups.
- Process post-renewal group level changes in a timely manner.
- Meet defined production and quality goals after ramp-up.
- Collaborate with sales and other business units as needed to support renewal activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to group renewal processing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing.
- Proficiency with Outlook and basic office software.
- Ability to work with production and quality targets and meet performance expectations.

- Ability to work independently while supporting a remote team.
