Job Title: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)Designation: Process Lead Location: Mph- Client Site, New York, US Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our dynamic team as a Process Lead. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing projects that require a deep understanding of automation engineering. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities: Lead and manage project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions, making adjustments as necessary. Mandatory Skills: Proven expertise in automation engineering, with a strong understanding of automation tools and methodologies. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. Demonstrated success in leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
