XIn accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

• Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
• Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
• Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
• Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
• Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

• Experience working with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) or virtualized environments.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master"s degree in a technology or business related field.

• 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

• 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).

• 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

• 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.

• Experience working with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) or virtualized environments.

ACI Infrastructure delivers secure, reliable, and unified compute infrastructure across GCE and GKE. In this role, you will bridge the gap between GCE and GKE, ensuring compute, network, and storage primitives serve the needs of managed services, key strategic customers, and the broader market.

We empower Google customers with breakthrough capabilities and insights by delivering AI and Infrastructure at unparalleled scale, efficiency, reliability and velocity. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the product definition for core infrastructure areas (e.g., networking, storage, or new product introductions).
• Partner with customers to identify and unblock critical infrastructure gaps, providing technical partnership and engineering support to ensure their custom orchestrators run optimally on Google Cloud.
• Define and drive features that break the link between fleet growth and headcount, this includes advocating for agent-driven operations, automated audits, and self-healing infrastructure
• Evaluate and execute a path to products ensuring these innovations are integrated into the broader GKE/GCE roadmaps.
• Own the roadmap for security and reliability within the area.
