Job Description
We're hiring a Group Product Manager to lead our Platform pod and drive our biggest commercial product bet of 2026. Platform is the layer underneath everything our customers touch - the horizontal services and shared capabilities every other pod builds on top of. It's also where we're standing up new initiatives that take us from internal infrastructure to a competitive market offering.
This is a player-coach role. You'll spend the early innings of this role as the IC PM yourself - owning our platform roadmap end-to-end through launch, including pricing, ICP, GTM partnership, and customer scoping. As the work scales, you'll build out and lead a Platform PM team alongside you. You'll report directly to the Head of Product.

The Perks
Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $270,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Baton's full-time employees are eligible for an annual performance bonus.
