JOB TITLE: GROUP SALES COORDINATORJOB SUMMARY: The Group Sales Coordinator performs confidential clerical and administrative duties for the Group Sales & Travel Industry Department, requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESAccurately transcribe, type, format, and proofread a wide variety of material (for example correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations using word processing, presentation, graphics, and spreadsheet software. Meet and greet clients and visitors, answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages from external or internal sources. Manage schedules/set up meetings and appt. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate Manager.
