    You Bring

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Health Systems, or a related field preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in healthcare administration, contract management, operations leadership, or a related healthcare setting.
    • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex healthcare operations and managing high-level client relationships.
    • Strong business, financial, and operational management expertise.
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight travel, as business needs require.
    • Join TeamHealth as a Group Senior Vice President (SVP) and play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational excellence, client partnerships, contract performance, and clinician engagement across a large healthcare portfolio. In this remote leadership position, you will work closely with executive leaders, operational teams, and clinical partners to advance strategic initiatives, support business growth, strengthen organizational performance, and help deliver exceptional care in the communities we serve. This role offers the opportunity to lead through influence, develop high-performing leaders, and shape the future of healthcare operations.

    What You'll Do

    As Group SVP, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio of hospital and health system partnerships. You will collaborate with executive leadership, support contract growth and retention efforts, guide operational leaders, and ensure exceptional service delivery and performance outcomes. This role requires a visible leadership presence, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive meaningful results in a complex healthcare environment. ,

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the operational performance of a large portfolio of healthcare contracts and client relationships.
    • Mentor, coach, and develop Vice Presidents of Operations, supporting leadership growth, accountability, and performance excellence. ,
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospital executives and healthcare system leaders.
    • Ensure contractual commitments are met, including provider staffing requirements, operational performance measures, and financial objectives.
    • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and business retention initiatives in partnership with executive leadership.
    • Partner with business development teams to identify and support new market opportunities and organizational growth.
    • Drive performance improvement initiatives using operational metrics, scorecards, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Provider Services, Legal, Compliance, Recruiting, and Clinical leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
    • Oversee staffing strategies, clinician retention efforts, credentialing efficiency, and workforce optimization initiatives.
    • Support budget planning, financial performance management, and operational sustainability efforts across the portfolio.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and clinician engagement while leading through organizational change and growth.
