Groves Adult High School Counselor - (part-time evening, 7-10 hours/week, available immediately)

Students are adult learners (age 16+) taking in person high school level content area classes to complete a high school diploma with James H. Groves Adult High School. The counselor will assist students with academic and career planning, connect students with community resources and support services, and help students successfully transition to employment, postsecondary education, or occupational training.

Qualifications: Successful candidate(s) will be licensed in secondary math; special education certification is desired. Position is available on Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. in Woodside. Offer of employment is conditional upon favorable professional references, negative TB test, and favorable criminal background check. Starting rate of pay is $35/hour.
