Role Overview

·        Position: Part-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

·        Location: Vineland, New Jersey inpatient rehab facility

·        Schedule: 1 to 2 weekends per month with dedicated night call coverage

·        Pay: Fee-for-service model estimated at $69,000 to $83,000 yearly with uncapped productivity bonuses

·        Support: 3-month onboarding program, field mentor, and leadership training modules

Daily Duties

·        PM&R consultations as secondary service

·        Evaluate patient functional status and physical health

·        Build custom recovery plans to boost patient independence

·        Track functional improvements and update care steps

·        Work alongside nurses and therapy staff daily

·        Guide families on mobility and recovery expectations

·        Complete clean and timely medical charts

·         

Job Requirements

·        Active New Jersey medical license and DEA registration

·        US Citzien

·        Open to recent graduates and experienced clinicians alike

·        Solid background in clinical care and healthcare rules

·        Strong people skills for patient and team communication
