Responsibilities

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties within the Arizona real estate market.
• Host property tours and open houses to present listings to prospective buyers.
• Offer knowledgeable insights on market trends, pricing, financing options, and legal considerations.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure optimal contract terms.
• Build and nurture a robust network of clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
• Draft, review, and manage real estate paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing documents.
• Keep informed on local market developments, zoning laws, and property valuations in Tempe and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Real Estate License
• In-depth understanding of Arizona real estate market trends and regulations
• ️ Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining client relationships
• Skilled in using real estate CRM software and MLS platforms
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
