Position OverviewMission Bridge Partners is partnering with an established federal technology contractor to identify a Growth & Capture Manager who will help expand the company's presence across the Federal Civilian market. This role will focus on agencies including USDA, Treasury, Commerce, Transportation, Education, FDIC, and other Civilian organizations.We're seeking a strategic growth leader with a proven ability to identify opportunities early, shape acquisitions, develop winning strategies, and lead captures from pursuit through award. This is a highly visible position that offers the opportunity to influence growth strategy, build lasting customer relationships, and help expand a rapidly growing Civilian portfolio.What You'll Be DoingAs the Growth & Capture Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of strategic pursuits – from opportunity identification through contract award. Working alongside executive leadership, technical teams, and proposal professionals, you'll develop differentiated solutions that position the company for long-term growth. Typical pursuits include Digital Transformation, Cloud Modernization, Cybersecurity, AI & Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Enterprise IT Modernization.Responsibilities:
  • Lead capture strategy and execution for complex, full-and-open Federal Civilian pursuits valued at $25M-$250M+
  • Identify, qualify, and mature strategic opportunities across the Civilian portfolio
  • Shape opportunities before solicitation through direct engagement with mission leaders, acquisition officials, and executive stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans, win strategies, and pursuit roadmaps
  • Build compelling win themes aligned with customer priorities and acquisition objectives
  • Partner with technical leadership to develop differentiated digital modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise IT solutions
  • Develop teaming strategies, identify strategic partners, and support key personnel planning
  • Conduct competitive intelligence, Black Hat reviews, and Price-to-Win assessments
  • Develop capture documentation supporting proposal strategy and execution
  • Lead gate reviews and ensure disciplined capture execution throughout the pursuit lifecycle
  • Utilize GovWin, Salesforce/TechnoMile, budget forecasts, and acquisition intelligence to guide strategic decisions
  • Measure pursuit performance, capture lessons learned, and continuously improve win probability
  • Mentor capture professionals and contribute to the evolution of scalable growth processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Federal Civilian growth, capture, or business development efforts
  • Minimum 4 years leading capture activities for complex federal pursuits
  • Demonstrated success capturing $25M+ full-and-open opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and procurement strategies
  • Experience engaging senior government leaders, acquisition officials, and mission stakeholders
  • Ability to work from client office location in McLean, VA  2-3 days per week

This range represents a good faith estimate and may vary depending on several factors, including the scope of the role, geographic location, education, certifications, technical skills, and overall relevant experience.
