Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects. Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules. Monitor project progress and address any issues to keep projects on track. Ensure safety regulations and protocols are strictly followed at all times. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high construction standards. Coordinate material deliveries and manage site resources efficiently. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The successful applicant will have superintendent experience on commercial construction projects. Ground-up construction experience is strongly preferred. Experience within banking, retail, restaurant, healthcare, medical, or similar commercial sectors is preferred. Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills are required. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is necessary. Experience using construction management software (Procore or similar platforms preferred) is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Project or scheduling software is required. Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments is required. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
What's on offer includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 DOE, a discretionary annual bonus, two weeks of paid time off, increasing to three weeks with tenure. Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 60 days of employment. A 401(k) retirement plan is offered after 90 days of employment.
