What You Will Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Utilize Figma to create compelling design prototypes that enhance user experience.
• Analyze user data through PostHog to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives using tools like Claude and HeyGen.
• Leverage Apollo.io and Exa for lead generation and customer relationship management.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies based on data insights.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or tech industry.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and user experience projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies such as PostHog, Claude, and Apollo.io.

Preferred

• Experience in an early-stage startup environment, contributing to rapid growth.
• Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare and their impact on user engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
