The Growth Equity Investor identifies, evaluates, and executes investment opportunities in high-growth private companies. This role requires a blend of financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and strategic insight to support portfolio expansion and value creation.
The position involves close collaboration with investment partners, portfolio company management, and other stakeholders to drive investment decisions, monitor performance, and optimize outcomes.
Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify high-growth investment opportunities
Perform due diligence on prospective portfolio companies, including financial modeling, valuation, and competitive landscape assessment
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support investment decisions
Monitor portfolio company performance, track KPIs, and report on progress to investment partners
Support deal execution, including transaction structuring, negotiation, and closing processes
Identify operational and strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio company value
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and updates for internal investment committees and external stakeholders
Stay informed on market trends, sector developments, and emerging growth opportunities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) a plus
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills

Understanding of market trends, business strategy, and growth company dynamics
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments
Strong interest in investing, portfolio management, and value creation strategies
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial analysis software, SQL, or Python is a plus
