Your job is to make sure the people who should know about these products - actually know. And then make sure they act.
Why This Role Exists
NodeOps is at an inflection point. Our infrastructure is live, our developer community is gaining momentum, and now we need someone who can turn that momentum into a growth flywheel - through partnerships, AI-native marketing, and relentlessly sharp execution.
This isn''t a "coordinate stakeholders and write reports" kind of role. This is a zero-to-one growth operator who uses AI tools, data, and creative distribution to grow NodeOps'' reach, reputation, and revenue.
What You''ll Own
- AI-Augmented Growth Execution
Design and run growth experiments using AI tools (Claude, GPT-4, Perplexity, etc.) across content, distribution, and acquisition channels
Build and operate automated growth pipelines - from outreach sequences to content repurposing engines
Use AI-powered analytics (Amplitude, PostHog, etc.) to identify growth levers and act on them fast
- Partnerships That Actually Move the Needle
Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with Web3 protocols, developer tools, cloud platforms, and AI-native companies
Build co-marketing programs, integration deals, and ecosystem alliances that generate real pipeline - not just press releases
Own the full partnership lifecycle: outreach negotiation activation measurement
- Brand & Community Amplification
Run NodeOps'' external communications across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, newsletters, and developer forums
Work with founders and engineers to turn technical milestones into compelling narratives
Develop and grow a community of node operators, validators, and Web3 developers who become advocates for NodeOps
- GTM Campaigns & Demand Generation
Design and execute multi-channel GTM campaigns for product launches, ecosystem integrations, and milestone announcements
Build positioning for technical audiences (developers, validators, protocol teams) and translate it into content that converts
Track and report on funnel metrics - from impressions to activation - and iterate rapidly
What We''re Looking For
Must-haves:
2-5 years in growth, partnerships, or marketing at a startup, Web3 project, or developer-focused company
Proven ability to close and activate partnerships - with testimonials to back it up
Fluent with AI tools for productivity, content creation, and automation (not just "aware of" - actively using)
Strong written communication - you can write a cold DM, a partnership proposal, and a launch tweet thread with equal confidence
Data-driven mindset - you know the difference between vanity metrics and metrics that matter
Self-directed and async-first - you don''t need hand-holding; you need context and autonomy
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in Web3, blockchain infra, or developer tools
Background in community building or developer relations
Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation (Make, Zapier, n8n)
Experience running influencer or KOL campaigns in crypto/tech
