At Block LLP, we combine sharp legal expertise in personal injury and liability matters with a vibrant, team-oriented culture. We believe that efficiency, collaboration, and accountability drive exceptional results. Our team is committed to delivering excellence for our clients while fostering a dependable and supportive workplace where everyone is empowered to succeed.

Block LLP is seeking an in-office Growth Hacker to help drive aggressive growth across digital marketing, client acquisition, brand visibility, and AI-powered marketing systems.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who is hungry, creative, execution-focused, and deeply plugged into modern marketing trends, AI tools, automation, and performance-driven content strategies. We are not looking for a traditional corporate marketing manager — we want someone who moves quickly, experiments often, and is excited to build scalable growth systems that generate measurable results.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and constantly looking for new ways to improve lead generation, content, conversion, and operational efficiency using AI and modern marketing tools. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to help scale a fast-growing plaintiff personal injury law firm.
