Department:

Reports to: Director – eCommerce & Performance Marketing
Hours Available: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (1-hour lunch break)
FLSA Class: Exempt

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.)

Our eCommerce & Performance Marketing team is responsible for accelerating profitable growth by connecting customers with our products through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

We're looking for a Growth Manager who is passionate about performance marketing and customer acquisition and excited to help drive measurable business growth through data-driven paid media strategies.

You won't just manage paid media campaigns; you'll help shape the growth strategy to expand our customer base, improve marketing performance, and fuel the continued success of the BEDGEAR® brand.

What You'll Do
As our Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and paid media performance while partnering closely with eCommerce, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Integrated Communications, and Analytics to execute growth initiatives that improve efficiency, maximize return on investment, and support profitable revenue growth.

Essential Functions (included but not limited to):
Paid Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging acquisition platforms.
  • Manage campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
  • Optimize toward CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Allocate channel budgets within approved spending parameters.
  • Identify scaling opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Performance & KPI Management

  • Track channel-level KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and revenue contribution.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance pacing.
  • Prepare and maintain performance reporting dashboards.
  • Identify performance anomalies and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to marketing leadership.

Experimentation & Testing

  • Develop and manage a paid-focused testing roadmap (creative, audience, offer).
  • Coordinate landing page A/B tests with the eCommerce team.
  • Test promotional messaging effectiveness in acquisition campaigns.
  • Assess incrementality collaboratively with analytics support.
  • Maintain documentation of testing hypotheses, results, and learnings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align landing experiences with eCommerce and UX partners.
  • Coordinate promotional timing with Lifecycle & Retention teams.
  • Partner with Marketing team to ensure paid messaging accuracy.
  • Provide demand forecasting insights to marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Communications on campaign alignment.

Budget Oversight

  • Manage channel-level budget allocation within approved marketing guardrails.
  • Recommend media mix shifts based on performance data.
  • Monitor spend efficiency and pacing.
  • Escalate strategic budget recommendations to leadership as appropriate.

Channel Expansion & Innovation

  • Identify and test new acquisition channels or platforms.
  • Evaluate emerging media formats (CTV, programmatic, influencer whitelisting).
  • Stay current on privacy regulations and platform changes impacting acquisition.

Qualifications
Required: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English literate and proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in paid media or performance marketing roles.
  • Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience developing and optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate (CVR).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, platform analytics, attribution tools, and performance reporting dashboards.
  • Experience developing structured testing roadmaps, A/B testing strategies, and experimentation frameworks to improve marketing performance.
  • Understanding of attribution models, media mix optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience working with Shopify and eCommerce funnel optimization preferred.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or retail-driven brands preferred.
  • Experience managing annual paid media budgets exceeding $1 million preferred
