We need someone who walks in, sees what needs building, and builds it. Who shows up to a meeting with results instead of updates. Who doesn't wait for a brief — they invent the scope and go.
If you've built things nobody asked you to build, run campaigns before anyone reviewed your plan, and shipped tools because they obviously needed to exist — this is for you.
**The role:** Growth Manager at Schneiders Saddlery — a 75-year equestrian brand at a digital inflection point. You'll own the full growth stack: Google + Meta + Pinterest + TikTok, Shopify CRO, Amazon channel, SEO, analytics, and AI-powered systems that make your work compound.
**What we actually need:**
- Someone who can personally run paid campaigns (hands-on, not just strategic). Google Ads, Meta — campaigns, bids, creative, optimization. Not "working with an agency."
- Someone who builds with AI (not just uses it). Automations, agents, custom tools. If you see something tedious, your instinct is to build a system that eliminates it.
- Equestrian background — strongly preferred. If you're in the horse world, that's a real advantage. It's not required, but it's valued.
**Year 1 targets:** 10K–20K new customers. $2M–$4M in attributable revenue. 50+ bps CVR improvement.
**Comp:** $110K–$140K base + 20–30% bonus = $132K–$182K. Full benefits, 401(k), AI tool budget, remote-friendly.
