The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale our go-to-market from the ground up. As a key early GTM hire, you'll own and build out our demand-generation motion — running experiments across channels, creating campaigns, and handling events with customers and leads. You'll define our growth playbook, channel strategy, and campaign execution from day one.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and execute field events and executive dinners that create high-quality pipeline
  • Own paid acquisition across channels, running experiments to drive efficient growth
  • Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand
  • Build and scale our SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic
  • Help shape growth collateral, tools, and systems as we scale

Requirements

  • Own paid acquisition across channels and run experiments
  • Launch and manage webinar programs
  • Campaign execution experience (events, webinars, SEO, LinkedIn) end-to-end from ideation through execution
  • Strong business sense & pipeline ownership (end-to-end)

Green Flags

  • Owned 1-2 campaign types completely
  • Major in HCI/cog sci/business/marketing
  • RISD, CMU, Waterloo, Stanford, USC, Upenn undergrad
  • leadership in design club (Design@xyzuniversity)
  • Follows design-forward startups and agencies on Linkedin
  • Minor in Fine Arts

Red Flags

  • Touched many campaigns but never executed fully
  • Weak communication/presentation ability
  • Lacks business acumen on ROI/metrics
