Position Overview:

The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to help every marketing dollar and every piece of creative work harder. This role will help run media across paid social, paid search, display, and partnerships, act as the day-to-day contact for our media agency, and work with ticketing, merch, youth events, and tune-in to help them get more from their budgets. Beyond paid, this person will help get the right creative into email, web, app, in-venue, and out-of-home placements.

The ideal candidate is a sharp, numbers-driven marketer who would rather run a smart test this week than sit on a plan for a month, and who's curious about using AI to do more. This is a big seat on a lean, fast-moving team, with a lot of room to grow.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in performance marketing, paid media, or a related role. Agency experience counts.
• Hands-on experience with at least one channel, like paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google), display, or sponsorships, and an interest in learning the rest.
• Comfort with numbers. You like digging into performance data and figuring out what's working.
• Strong organization and attention to detail. You know the right specs for the right placements and can keep a lot of creative moving at once.
• A team-first approach. You become the go-to person by being useful, not by pulling rank.
• Curiosity about new tools, including AI, and how they can help you do better work.

Requirements:

• Help plan and optimize spend. Track return on ad spend (ROAS) across paid social, paid search, display, and sponsorships, and flag where dollars should move.
• Run the creative pipeline. Work with teams to request the right creative, in the right formats and sizes for each channel, and get it where it needs to go, whether that's paid media, email, web and app, or in-venue and out-of-home, on time and on spec.
• Be our agency's day-to-day contact. Share briefs, keep campaigns on schedule, and make sure what's live matches the plan.
• Report on performance. Pull results together into clear, simple reads the whole team can act on.
• Help design the next tests. Bring ideas for the audiences, creative, channels, and offers worth testing so each round teaches us something.

Compensation:

• $65,000-$75,000 per year
• Based on the candidate's experience, seniority, and location
• The total compensation package includes Annual Bonus, Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave
