Our ambition? To help legal professionals work with greater reliability, efficiency and peace of mind, through a single, comprehensive and secure platform.

Today, 27,000 legal professionals across five countries (France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Luxembourg) trust us to do just that.

Behind this ambition, a team of around 250 people, united around one goal: supporting lawyers and legal professionals at every stage of their work, from research to drafting.

And we're just getting started.

We grow fast. Really fast. Organically (new products, new countries) and through acquisitions: 5 companies snapped up in 3 years, including a fresh one in Spain. The result in 2026: close to 30,000 customers across 5 countries. The German market? It just blew out its first birthday candle.

Doctrine is the European leader in legal AI. But a German lawyer doesn't work like a French one, and in-house counsel in Berlin don't have quite the same needs as their Paris counterparts. Every market has its own playbook. That's where you come in: putting Doctrine's growth in Germany into overdrive.

The team you're joining

A Growth team of 4: your future manager, one Growth on Italy, two on France. We're hunting for the 5th avenger to complete the squad and take full ownership of the German market. On the other side of the table, a team of full-funnel Account Executives ready to turn the leads you generate into wins.

Your missions

Inside the Growth team, hand in hand with Sales, PMM and Product, you spend your days sharpening the German funnel, a mix of inbound and outbound. And the best part: everything is open to challenge. Got a better idea? We're all ears.

• Internationalization: design and roll out local campaigns built for the codes and expectations of the German market (no copy-paste from France).
• Inbound Lead Gen: team up with our agency to build campaigns that hit hard on Meta, LinkedIn and Google, and pull in as many qualified leads as possible.
• Outbound Lead Gen: pinpoint the right contacts for the sales teams and fire up activation campaigns (enrichment, automation, sequences, performance tracking).
• Nurturing: build and run nurturing campaigns on our leads, plus product-usage campaigns with existing customers, to max out conversion and retention.
• Field Marketing & Product Growth: back the PMM team on product launches and be field marketing's right hand on our events, webinars and product launches.

The profile we're looking for

You're our 5th avenger if you're not afraid to build campaigns day in, day out and copywriting is your thing (better yet, you love it). And, of course: you need to speak German.

For the rest? No need to be a pure-bred marketer. Ops, RevOps, Tech, all roads lead to Growth. What really counts: the drive to learn and to get your hands dirty to help Doctrine grow.

Hard skills

• AI is your copilot: this role runs 100% with AI, campaign production, copywriting, analysis, automation. A daily reflex, not a gimmick.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, sales engagement and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Intercom, Lemlist…).
• A solid grasp of how data flows between tools, to build, challenge and optimize customer and prospect journeys.
• A real appetite for copywriting and for understanding what makes our audience tick.
• A drive to build strategies that last, not just quick & dirty wins.
• Analytical skills (SQL is a nice bonus).

Soft skills

• Fluent or native German, non-negotiable: you write and think your campaigns in the language of the market. Professional English also required.
• Strong communicator who lets the data do the talking when it's time to decide.
• Creative and curious about user psychology, to design programs that leave a mark.
• A real team player: you move through cross-functional teams and get everyone's stakes to land the best action plans.

Our hiring process

• A 30-min intro call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to understand your career goals and walk you through what we're building at Doctrine.
• A 1-hour conversation with your future manager to dive into the role, team scope and answer all your questions.
• One or two technical assessments to evaluate your skills in practice.
• An office visit including: lunch with 3 people from different teams to give you a feel for your future colleagues; a values conversation to share our vision; and a meeting with our CEO, Guillaume.
