Growth Marketing Manager AI, Automation & Analytics
Hybrid in DALLAS TEXAS
Our Dallas-based Corporate Travel Services client is relaunching around an AI-first approach across travel, expense, events, and integrated payments. We are looking for a hands-on growth marketer who is equally comfortable with
data, experimentation, automation, AI tools, and demand generation.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused primarily on brand, events, agency management, or managing a team.
You will be our
first dedicated growth hire and will help build the growth engine from the ground up. We are looking for someone who enjoys asking,
How can I build a system to do this? and then using data, AI, automation, and experimentation to answer that question.
You will personally build and improve the systems that help us identify the right accounts, enrich and qualify prospects, generate demand, measure pipeline, test messaging, and learn which channels actually create revenue.
What You'll Do
Build and optimize the growth engine
Own growth measurement from target account through qualified pipeline. Build dashboards, define funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, run experiments, and make decisions based on pipeline and revenuenot vanity metrics.
Build AI-assisted prospecting and lead-generation workflows
Design workflows to identify ideal accounts and contacts, enrich data, score and qualify prospects, detect gaps or bad matches, and route qualified opportunities into CRM and outreach systems.
You should be comfortable thinking through workflows such as:
Data source? account identification? enrichment? AI analysis/scoring? human review? CRM? sequencing? measurementWe care less about whether you've used one specific tool and more about whether you have personally built and improved workflows like this.
Use AI and automation as part of your daily operating system
Use AI for research, analysis, content, campaign development, prospecting, workflow automation, and experimentation. Understand where AI can accelerate workand where it creates risk through bad data, fabricated information, or incorrect assumptions.
Analyze the funnel and run experiments
Work directly with CRM, marketing, and sales data to understand:
Which accounts and personas convert
Where leads drop out of the funnel
Which channels create qualified pipeline
What messaging performs with different buyers
Which experiments deserve additional investment
You should be comfortable digging into spreadsheets and dashboards and ideally using SQL, APIs, scripting, or AI-assisted analysis to answer your own questions.
Build campaigns yourself
Create and ship campaigns, including:
Landing pages and microsites
Email and outbound programs
Lead-nurture workflows
Case studies and customer stories
Sales enablement materials
Messaging and campaign assets
Use AI-assisted design and development tools to prototype and launch quickly rather than waiting for a development queue.
Partner with Sales and Product
Stay close to customer conversations and the sales pipeline. Use what you learn to improve targeting, qualification, messaging, campaigns, and product positioning.
You will help translate complex capabilitiesincluding AI, automation, travel, expense, payments, and agentic supportinto language that makes sense to both finance leaders and end users.
What We're Looking For
Growth and analytics
37 years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth, demand generation, marketing operations, GTM, or a related growth-focused role
Experience connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with funnel data, spreadsheets, dashboards, attribution, and experimentation
Experience defining metrics, finding bottlenecks, forming hypotheses, and testing improvements
SQL, Python, scripting, APIs, or other technical/data skills are a plus
AI and automation
Practical, daily use of AI in your actual work
Experience building or designing automated workflowsnot just using ChatGPT for writing
Experience with tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Apollo, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is valuable
Interest in agentic workflows and the ability to explain how you would connect multiple systems and AI steps into an end-to-end process
Good judgment about AI failure modes, including bad enrichment matches, hallucinated information, incomplete data, and where human review is necessary
Builder mentality
Evidence that you have built something from zeroa growth program, workflow, automation, channel, reporting system, side project, or other initiative
Comfortable being the person who figures out how to do the work and ships it
Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
Comfortable being the only marketer in the room
Comfortable saying, I don't know yet, but here's how I would find out.
CRM and growth systems
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, or another CRM
Experience with lead routing, scoring, segmentation, enrichment, sequencing, marketing automation, and/or data hygiene
Comfortable working across sales and marketing systems
This Role Is Probably a Fit If...
You enjoy building things yourself.
You get excited about seeing a manual process and figuring out how to automate part of it.
You regularly experiment with new AI tools and incorporate the useful ones into your actual work.
You care more about
qualified pipeline and learning what works than impressions and activity metrics.
You've built something because it needed to existnot because someone handed you a playbook.
This Role Is Probably Not a Fit If...
You primarily want to manage a team, agencies, or vendors.
Your experience is primarily brand, events, social media, partnerships, or field marketing without deep ownership of demand generation and funnel performance.
You prefer receiving a defined marketing strategy rather than building and testing one.
You use AI occasionally for brainstorming but have not incorporated automation or AI-assisted workflows into your day-to-day work.
