We are looking for a Growth Marketing manager to join our marketing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead demand generation programs across multiple channels, including email, nurture sequences, and webinars, to generate qualified leads.
- Provide strategic guidance and execution direction for industry-specific verticals, staying informed on market landscape and trends.
- Own and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows, such as lead nurturing, post-conversion journeys, onboarding touchpoints, and upsell/expansion campaigns, to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to measure and report on demand generation performance, continuously optimizing campaigns for pipeline impact.
- Build and scale industry/vertical segmentation for targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and programs to support vertical-specific growth.
- Write compelling demand generation and lifecycle marketing content, including emails, nurture content, and webinar copy.
- Conduct market research and deliver written reports and insights to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Guide and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Sales on ICP/segmentation and pipeline goals, without direct people management responsibility.
