Job Summary: This role is for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on accelerating growth for Autodesk Forma by leveraging product-led growth strategies and AI. The position involves optimizing monetization journeys and using a scientific approach to growth through hypothesis testing and data interpretation. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the product-qualified lead motion and drive scalable growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Optimize the full customer growth funnel.
Design and conduct rapid experimentation programs.
Translate product usage data into actionable hypotheses.
Strengthen the product-qualified lead motion with cross-functional partners.
Analyze experiment outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven track record in running structured experimentation.
Experience owning funnel outcomes in growth marketing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in driving growth within B2B SaaS verticals, preferably in construction tech or similar complex industries.
