Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in digital consumer growth marketing, with a focus on online channels (e.g., web, paid media).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience leveraging data or analytics to inform marketing plans, measure campaign performance, or generate user insights.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing external partners, including creative agencies for campaign asset design and technical agencies for website builds.
Experience in consumer mobile apps growth marketing, covering acquisition, engagement, and strategies.
Understanding of the website development lifecycle, including strategy, UX design, execution, and optimization.
Familiarity with mobile app-specific growth channels, including Google App Campaigns, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
Strong familiarity with the payments space, including eWallets.
About the job
As a Growth Marketing Manager for Payments, you will design and execute strategies to acquire new consumers and drive ongoing engagement for Google Wallet and Google Pay globally. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid media, web, app store, email, and in-product messaging. This role requires a unique blend of investigative acumen, operational excellence, and an understanding of the consumer payments and eWallet ecosystem.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $116000 - $167000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
