What You’ll Do
- Proactively source top-tier candidates using your own networks, tools, and strategies
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified talent
- Engage and move candidates through the hiring process
- Deliver high-quality hires that stick and perform
- Take full ownership of your recruiting results and production
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 annually
- Commission Potential: Earn up to $6,550 per sourced hire
The more candidates you successfully source and place, the more you earn. High performers can significantly increase their income, turning a $60K base into a six-figure earning opportunity through consistent production.
