Navarro Research & Engineering is recruiting a GSFCAir Emissions Management Program Lead (3845)at Goddard Space Flight Center (Greenbelt, MD).

The Air Emissions Management Program Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all air emissions compliance activities, permitting, reporting, inspections, and regulatory coordination in accordance with federal, state, and NASA requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage compliance with Part 70 (Title V) and Synthetic Minor air permits
- Support compliance with National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) Part ZZZZ
- Support compliance with New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Part IIII
- Prepare and review air permit applications, renewals, and modifications
- Maintain emission inventories, calculations, and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate inspections and compliance reviews with regulatory agencies
- Utilize environmental data management systems to track permitting and reporting requirements
- Support training and guidance for facility personnel on air compliance requirements
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Title V (Part 70) permits
- Synthetic Minor permits
- NESHAP Part ZZZZ
- NSPS Part IIII
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting air compliance programs in Maryland and Virginia
- Experience with Environmental Project Information Management System (EPIMS or equivalent)
- Experience supporting federal facilities or NASA installations
