GSI Program Manager (Contract)
Job ID: 37289173
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week preferred; open to exceptional remote U.S. candidates)
Duration: 3-month contract (strong potential for extension)
Department: Sales / Global Strategic Alliances

About the Role

We are seeking a highly structured, analytical, and partner-facing GSI Program Manager to support the rapid growth of our Emerging Global System Integrator (GSI) program.

In this role, you will partner closely with program leadership to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, build scalable operational processes, and manage relationships with key strategic partners.

This position is ideal for candidates with a management consulting background who can combine structured thinking, executive communication, and hands-on program execution.

What You’ll Do

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Partner with program leadership to accelerate GTM initiatives with emerging GSI partners
  • Align internal stakeholders and external partners on joint priorities and execution plans

Partner Management & Progression

  • Lead and participate in partner meetings, ensuring progress across onboarding and GTM milestones
  • Build strong relationships with GSI stakeholders and drive accountability across initiatives

Program & Process Development

  • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks to support the GSI program lifecycle
  • Create structure in ambiguous environments and standardize repeatable processes

Enablement & Executive Communication

  • Develop internal enablement materials, training programs, and executive-ready presentations
  • Translate complex program and pipeline data into clear, compelling narratives

Pipeline Tracking & Insights

  • Manage high-level pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM tools and Excel
  • Synthesize program metrics into actionable insights for leadership decision-making

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, or similar strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) or large strategic partners

Key Skills

  • Strong program/project management skills with a structured, process-driven mindset
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation design abilities
  • Ability to translate data into executive-level insights and storytelling
  • Comfortable working with pipeline data (Excel/CRM) without deep technical analytics requirements

Communication & Presence

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to independently lead discussions and drive outcomes

Adaptability

  • Proven ability to build processes from scratch and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a deep technical data analyst role (no SQL/Tableau required)
  • Not an administrative support role — this position requires ownership, leadership, and proactive execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms
  • Experience in partner programs, alliances, or GTM strategy
  • Strong blend of program management, analytics, and executive storytelling

First 90 Days – Success Looks Like

  • Designing and implementing a structured operational framework for the Emerging GSI program
  • Building internal enablement materials and executive-level reporting assets
  • Leading partner progression meetings and driving measurable program momentum
