  • Ensure clear, timely communication to leadership during major disruptions.
  • Lead after‑action reviews and drive follow‑on remediation to strengthen resilience.

Travel Risk Management

  • Oversee global travel monitoring, threat assessments, trip tracking, and real‑time traveler support.
  • Manage workflows for elevated‑risk trip approvals, pre‑travel briefings, and emergency traveler assistance.
  • Coordinate with executive protection and HR for high‑visibility, high‑risk travelers.

Executive Security Support

  • Manage real‑time threat monitoring and critical issue protocols for executive leadership and designated high‑profile personnel.
  • Maintain visibility of executive staff and key personnel during domestic and international travel.
  • Support residential alarm monitoring, intelligence collection, and emergency communications as needed.

Facility Security & Cleared Site Support

  • Maintain awareness of NISPOM‑related alarm requirements and partner with the Security Administration/FSO team to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor contractor guard activity and site‑level security events in partnership with facilities and physical security leads.

Technology, Tools & Data Management
