Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a GSRP Lead Teacher based in Grand Rapids, MI. The GSRP Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment, and guiding young children in their educational and social growth. The role also involves collaborating with teaching staff, maintaining effective communication with parents, and participating in training to enhance teaching strategies and practices.
