Code: MMT / 23270 Salary: $28.62 per hour

The Apprentice is responsible for learning about disassembly, assembly, inspection and test stand work on gas turbine engines and aeronautical components/accessories.

Your Tasks: Typical duties and responsibilities include:

• Implementing work plans by following instructions from various sources
• Using test and measuring equipment to carry out work
• Recognizing and reporting defects on parts, assemblies, engines, and accessories
• Certifying correctness of work and performing preliminary inspections
• Raising and creating repair documents and ordering parts

Our Requirements:

• Must have completed a recognized AME or GTE course or equivalent entry qualification.
• Must have mechanical aptitude.
• Must have knowledge of engine components/accessories.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and cooperates well with others.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
