We are seeking a GTM & Growth Manager to drive go -to -market execution, demand generation, and pipeline creation across AI products and IT services (staffing & consulting).<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

This role will act as the Pipeline Owner<\/b>, working closely with the Business Development (Sales) team to ensure a strong flow of qualified opportunities and effective product positioning in the market.<\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

1. Go -To -Market Execution (Products + Services)<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for:<\/span>
    <\/div>
    • AI / SaaS products<\/b> (NovaSynq, NovaBotX, NovaMatch)  <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • IT staffing and consulting services<\/b><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Define target industries, accounts, and buyer personas<\/b><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ensure clear and consistent market positioning and messaging<\/b><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      2. Demand Generation & Campaigns<\/b><\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Plan and execute:<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • LinkedIn outreach and campaigns<\/b><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Email marketing and outbound initiatives<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Event/webinar -based lead generation<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Drive top -of -funnel and mid -funnel pipeline (P5 → P3)<\/b><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Continuously optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion<\/b><\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        3. Pipeline Generation & Qualification<\/b><\/span>
        <\/p>

        • Generate qualified leads and opportunities<\/b> for BD team<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Perform initial qualification and ensure fitment with offerings<\/b><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintain and track pipeline across stages (P5 → P3<\/b>)<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Ensure smooth handoff of sales -ready leads to BD (P3 → P2)<\/b><\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>

          4. Product Marketing & Positioning (Strong Focus)<\/b><\/span>
          <\/p>

          • Develop value propositions, messaging, and positioning<\/b> for products<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Create and refine:<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Pitch decks<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Product narratives<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Case studies<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Support product demos and early -stage client conversations<\/b><\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul>

            5. RFP / RFQ / SOW Support & Market Intelligence<\/b><\/span>
            <\/p>

            • Identify and support screening of RFP/RFQ/SOW opportunities<\/b><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Provide inputs for:<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Market research<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Competitive positioning<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Proposal content (especially product/service narratives)<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Support BD and internal teams during bid preparation<\/b><\/span>
              <\/li><\/ul>

              6. Sales Enablement & Collaboration<\/b><\/span>
              <\/p>

              • Work closely with BD team to:<\/b><\/span>
                <\/div>
                • Align messaging and campaigns<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Support deal pursuits<\/span>
                  <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                • Enable BD with:<\/b><\/span>
                  <\/div>
                  • Campaign insights<\/span>
                    <\/li>
                  • Lead intelligence<\/span>
                    <\/li>
                  • Presentation materials<\/span>
                    <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                    Required Skills & Experience<\/b><\/span>
                    <\/p>

                    • 1+ years in GTM / Product Marketing / Demand Generation<\/b><\/span>
                      <\/li>
                    • Strong experience with:<\/span>
                      <\/div>
                      • B2B lead generation and campaign execution<\/b><\/span>
                        <\/li>
                      • LinkedIn outreach and digital marketing<\/b><\/span>
                        <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                      • Exposure to:<\/span>
                        <\/div>
                        • AI / SaaS / enterprise product marketing<\/b><\/span>
                          <\/li>
                        • IT services (staffing or consulting)<\/b><\/span>

                            • Number of qualified leads generated (P4/P3)<\/b><\/span>
