Affirma is looking for a talented GTM Program Manager who will operate as a key team member for program execution, stakeholder coordination, and business operations within the EMEA AI Business Solutions area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish effective program structures, including governance models, operating cadences, execution plans, and processes to support successful delivery across EMEA teams.
- Create and maintain GTM documentation, including playbooks, process guides, standard operating procedures, and readiness materials to enable consistent and scalable execution.
- Monitor GTM campaigns and field initiatives such as pipeline generation activities, seller engagement programs, customer events, partner activities, webinars, and business enablement sessions.
- Oversee program delivery by managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication, providing clear visibility to leadership.
- Develop reporting solutions and dashboards to track operational performance, pipeline progress, campaign results, and key business metrics.
- Analyse business data and operational insights to identify opportunities, evaluate program effectiveness, and support informed decision-making.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, improve processes, and implement operational solutions that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying workflows, standardising processes, and identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Define and monitor success measures, KPIs, and operational metrics to evaluate adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
