GTM Recruiter - Hybrid NYC - Up to $110K

Opportunity for a recruiter to become specialized in GTM recruitment. This is perfect for someone with 1 to 2 years of full cycle recruitment who takes pride in their work and wants to grow their skillset internally. Up to $110K base, 3 days onsite in Manhattan.

Given the company's growth, the talent team is expanding and seeking a recruiter who can influence hiring strategy, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders across revenue-generating teams.

Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions.
• Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high standards for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Support senior hiring managers and HR business partners on hiring strategies and workforce plans.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven candidate assessments and hiring recommendations.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to identify hiring bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with compensation and HR teams on offer strategy, leveling, and candidate negotiations.

Profile

• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success managing high-volume recruitment workloads while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a track record of building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles.
• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to improve outcomes and processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills.
• Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities shift quickly and ownership is expected.
• Experience with GTM roles preferred.
