Our client is a scaling global technology organization. Given the company's growth, the talent team is expanding and seeking a recruiter who can influence hiring strategy, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders across revenue-generating teams.
Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions.
Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining high standards for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Partner closely with senior hiring managers and HR business partners to develop hiring strategies and workforce plans.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven candidate assessments and hiring recommendations.
Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to identify hiring bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Partner with compensation and HR teams on offer strategy, leveling, and candidate negotiations.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for GTM functions (Sales, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, etc.).
Proven success managing high-volume recruitment workloads while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Experience partnering directly with senior leaders at the Director, VP, or executive level.
Strong sourcing capabilities and a track record of building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles.
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to improve outcomes and processes.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills.
Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities shift quickly and ownership is expected.
