The Role

We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help build the team behind Broccoli’s scaling phase of growth. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and other Utah based roles. You will be working closely with the existing talent team, leadership, and the founders on impactful hires needed for Broccoli.

Recruiting is critical to Broccoli’s growth. We’re building AI systems that operate in the real world, and scaling that vision starts with building an exceptional team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Utah roles across departments: from GTM, Sales, Customer Success, etc.

• Work with leadership and founders to ensure we are on target for high priority and impactful hires.

• Sourcing - lots of it! Broccoli has a strong pitch when it comes to revenue and growth, but we’re still in the early stages of getting the word out. And you’ll experiment with new sourcing strategies, referrals, outbound, and creative approaches to reach great candidates.

• Collaborate with founders on the strategic side of recruiting: quality of hire, bar-raising, and building teams that scale.

• Act as a thought partner with the talent team and to leadership, and bring market trends and data on hiring decisions.

• Lead hiring initiatives with various departments and own the process end to end.

What You’ll Bring

• 3 - 6 years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record of great hires.

• Strong preference for experience with sourcing GTM talent at early-stage or fast-growing startups, or at an agency with long-term stakeholder partnerships.

• You’re excited about working in Lehi, Utah and being embedded with the team.

• You’re a strong communicator, interviewer, and closer.

• You have great instincts for spotting builders who thrive in ambiguity, ownership, and fast execution.

• A generalist who understands talent and can flex into high priority business searches.

• Understands market trends and how to translate them into data hiring managers and leadership can act on.

Nice to have

• Have used Ashby, Linkedin Recruiter, Juicebox, and other recruiting tools

• Comfort with AI/agentic tools in recruiting workflow

• Business sourcing background

• Familiarity with equity/comp benchmarking tools
