Description
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for future opportunities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new recruitment opportunities.
Profile
A successful Recruiter-GTM should have:
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting for Sales & GTM professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
