As a GTM Vendor Relationship Analyst, you play a central role in how our Revenue Operations and technology ecosystem performs. You connect teams, drive efficiency, and ensure every vendor relationship delivers value to the business.
You will work across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, Risk and Product, building strong partnerships that keep everything running smoothly. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how we scale, optimize spending, and bring new technology to the market in a fast-moving environment.
In this role, you'll own the full vendor lifecycle, drive financial discipline, and create the processes that enable smarter decisions and stronger performance. You will unlock efficiency, improve visibility, and help shape the future of commerce by ensuring the right tools and partnerships are in place to support growth.
What you'll own
Own the full lifecycle of SaaS vendors, from onboarding through renewal, creating efficient, compliant and scalable processes that accelerate business impact
Drive onboarding execution by removing blockers, aligning cross-functional partners and ensuring vendors activate quickly and effectively
Shape vendor governance by partnering with Legal, Security and Risk to ensure compliance while maintaining speed and agility
Own the Revenue Operations technology budget, tracking spends, managing forecasts and ensuring alignment with business goals
Improve financial performance by identifying cost efficiencies and optimizing vendor investments across the technology ecosystem
Ensure operational excellence by driving accurate purchase order creation, invoice processing and on-time vendor payments
Influence vendor strategy by partnering with GTM Technology and Product teams to evaluate tools, scale licensing and support business growth
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by connecting teams and building processes that improve visibility, efficiency and outcomes
What you bring
2 to 3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or operations within Revenue Operations, Finance or Technology environments
Hands-on experience managing SaaS vendors, contracts and licensing with a focus on business impact
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking
Experience working with purchase order and invoice workflows
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail, organization and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams
Flexibility to adapt and improve processes in a fast-evolving environment
It's a Bonus If You Have
Experience working within Revenue Operations or GTM Technology teams
Exposure to vendor risk, security reviews, or GRC processes
Experience supporting SaaS procurement or contract negotiations
Familiarity with financial or procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle)
