Ready to take your career global?

Step into a role where you shape how Global Payments partners with technology vendors to power growth. As a GTM Vendor Relationship Analyst, you play a central role in how our Revenue Operations and technology ecosystem performs. You connect teams, drive efficiency, and ensure every vendor relationship delivers value to the business.

You will work across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, Risk and Product, building strong partnerships that keep everything running smoothly. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how we scale, optimize spending, and bring new technology to the market in a fast-moving environment.

In this role, you'll own the full vendor lifecycle, drive financial discipline, and create the processes that enable smarter decisions and stronger performance. You will unlock efficiency, improve visibility, and help shape the future of commerce by ensuring the right tools and partnerships are in place to support growth.

What you'll own

  • Own the full lifecycle of SaaS vendors, from onboarding through renewal, creating efficient, compliant and scalable processes that accelerate business impact

  • Drive onboarding execution by removing blockers, aligning cross-functional partners and ensuring vendors activate quickly and effectively

  • Shape vendor governance by partnering with Legal, Security and Risk to ensure compliance while maintaining speed and agility

  • Own the Revenue Operations technology budget, tracking spends, managing forecasts and ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Improve financial performance by identifying cost efficiencies and optimizing vendor investments across the technology ecosystem

  • Ensure operational excellence by driving accurate purchase order creation, invoice processing and on-time vendor payments

  • Influence vendor strategy by partnering with GTM Technology and Product teams to evaluate tools, scale licensing and support business growth

  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by connecting teams and building processes that improve visibility, efficiency and outcomes

What you bring

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or operations within Revenue Operations, Finance or Technology environments

  • Hands-on experience managing SaaS vendors, contracts and licensing with a focus on business impact

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking

  • Experience working with purchase order and invoice workflows

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and a proactive, solution-focused mindset

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams

  • Flexibility to adapt and improve processes in a fast-evolving environment

It's a Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working within Revenue Operations or GTM Technology teams

  • Exposure to vendor risk, security reviews, or GRC processes

  • Experience supporting SaaS procurement or contract negotiations

  • Familiarity with financial or procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle)
