ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Guest Care Supervisor: a working leader who loves hospitality and knows how to bring out the best in a team. You will spend most of your time right in the middle of the guest experience at the front desk, while also coaching, training, and setting the standard for our Guest Care team. If you are warm, organized, and energized by helping people succeed, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest, from check-in to check-out.

- Lead the Guest Care team day to day through coaching, regular one-on-ones, recognition, and accountability.

- Onboard and train new team members, and help every one of them grow.

- Keep our systems, schedules, and standards running smoothly and consistently.

- Support retail and Aveda Plus recommendations, and help drive rebooking and guest retention.

- Champion a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and continuous growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- A hospitality heart, and experience in front desk, guest service, or retail.

- Some leadership, supervisory, or training experience (a big plus).

- Strong communication, and the ability to coach and hold a standard with warmth and clarity.

- Great organization and comfort working with numbers, systems, and details.

- Calm, positive energy in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfort with salon software (Zenoti a plus) and Microsoft 365.
